At Loloi Rugs, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective plastic packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty wrap to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the exterior of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
